Seventeen years on the island
We are a team offering professional brokerage in renting and buying apartments, houses and plots across Mallorca. Living here for over 17 years has given us a wide network of contacts, including access to exceptional properties that never reach the public market.
Every property we offer is verified and checked for legal status, and we stay involved from the first viewing to long after the keys change hands.
More than the transaction
Before you buy, we help you get to know Mallorca inside out: where to stay while viewing, transfers from the airport, the honest picture of each neighbourhood. After you buy, we transfer the utilities, find the right local companies, and answer the questions that only come up once you actually live somewhere.
We work in English and Polish, and we deal with the Spanish paperwork.

Mallorca has been my home for around 20 years. In that time I have come to know the island not only as an estate agent but, above all, as someone who lives here. I know how different life is in each part of Mallorca, how the market behaves, and the questions people face when they decide to buy their first home or apartment here.
As a certified estate agent I handle the whole buying and selling process: finding the right property, arranging viewings, running negotiations and coordinating each stage of the transaction. I also support clients applying for a Spanish mortgage and help them through the paperwork a purchase brings.
My work does not end when the notarial deed is signed and the keys change hands. I help with what comes afterwards too, including transferring the utilities and organising the formalities a new owner needs.
What matters most to me is that a client understands the process and knows what happens at the next stage. Buying property in another country can look complicated at first, so I try to simplify it as far as possible and be the person you can call with any question.
And there are usually plenty of questions, not all of them about property. What is life on Mallorca like in winter? Where is best to live with children? How does the island work out of season? Is it worth moving here permanently?
I always enjoy talking about Mallorca. After around 20 years here I know not just its property market but its everyday life, its possibilities, and the places you rarely find on a week’s holiday.
So a first meeting does not have to happen across a desk. Sometimes the best start is simply a coffee and a conversation about how you would like to live on Mallorca. We look for the property that genuinely fits that life afterwards.

I have lived on Mallorca for around 8 years. This is where I live, work and raise my son, so the island stopped being somewhere I associate only with holidays a long time ago. It is simply home.
I am a certified estate agent and, like Grzegorz, I guide our clients through buying property on Mallorca. I help with finding the right listings, viewings, negotiations, documentation, and the formalities of the purchase and of preparing the property afterwards.
There is one part of this work I enjoy particularly: properties with potential, flips and renovations.
When I walk into an apartment that needs changing completely, I do not only see old tiles, wasted space and a kitchen from several decades ago. I look at what that property could become.
So I also handle the whole renovation process. From assessing a property’s potential before purchase, through defining the scope of work and preparing quotes, to coordinating the trades, choosing materials, checking the work and handing over a finished property.
That matters especially for clients living in Poland. Buying a property to renovate on Mallorca does not have to mean constantly flying over, chasing contractors and solving every problem yourself. I can take the project on here and run it from the idea to the finished interior.
I also like to look at property as an investment. Sometimes an apartment that makes no great first impression has far more potential than a perfectly presented one. The right layout, the location, a terrace, the chance to reconfigure the space or a well planned renovation can change its character and its value completely.
I know that deciding to buy a home abroad often means something much larger than the transaction itself. For one person it is an investment, for another a second home, and for someone else the beginning of an entirely new chapter.
That is why I am very happy to meet clients simply to talk about Mallorca: what daily life is like here, where is good to live all year round, how the parts of the island differ, and what you do not see on a holiday.
After around 8 years here I also know that the perfect property is not always the most beautiful one in the photographs. What matters most is finding a place that fits the person, their plans and the way they live. And sometimes, seeing the potential where somebody else has not spotted it yet.
